Timely delivery and easy to order

Have received quite a few flower orders from Hong Kong but this is my first time the other way. A bit uptight initially but was pleased to find Flower Chimp. Like the user friendly website and easy ordering process. Good follow up and communication of substitution. A minor improvement is to be aware of the time zone differences. Got mid night phone calls. :) As said, hope my next few orders will just be as good as my first one. Please don't let us down. Thanks.

I would expect it to be a bigger orchid plant. Flowers were a bit less as compared to photo.

Fussy free ordering process. Overall good experience and product quality is good although variety wise can be further expand especially for fruit basket and hamper selections
