Delivery was on time!! Very good.

However, what’s delivered was nowhere near what had been shown in the picture here!! The colour scheme shown in this picture was half white half violet - which served our purpose - flower for the family!! Unfortunately, and sadly, what had delivered to the family was mainly white!!!! (Please see photo that the receiver sent me). Should we wanted a mainly white flower stand, we would have chosen the tranquility , which was cheaper!!!

Moreover, the flower arranger seemed not paying attention to the “neatness”, the blossoms were so uneven and arrangement was rather messy!! ( please see picture)

Furthermore, the message on the card we left when purchasing, had clearly shown the layout - three paragraphs, but the end product changed it into two and the meaning thus violated!!! Very disappointed and disheartening!!!

It was excellent service - staff that really cared about getting it right and safetly delivered - really very impressive. WITH THAT quality service that you have, perhaps if you could upgrade your product a little bit, as would have paid more if I could have seen a better more memorable product for the birth of a child - - - - no complaints, just suggestions - it was great
