I sent it to my wife for her birthday. She was happy, but felt a bit disappointed with the quality. The flowers were not fresh enough, definitely not as shown in the pictures.

3 Star just for the delivery service only which I had paid $80 and about the flowers they looked like they were prepared already when the day I had placed order i.e. 3days ago.

Looks very different from picture. Doesn’t look pretty at all!

Interesting and apparently easy website to use , for 2 days I couldn’t pass my order online , so I decided. To calll , finally I understood that the cake I wanted was out of stock , so no choice , I need to order the cake flavor that I don’t like ,in the website seems to be not able to inform you if out of stock , then they proper 4 kind of cake but they cannot manage to have it all in stock , first turn down , then the website propose delivery in new territory, great and propose on day delivery, fantastic deal . Even not cheap, great deal , I ordered at 9.39 am to be delivered 6 or 6pm perfect timing for the kids birthday party - then at 3.30 pm I got the phone call telling me that they can deliver the cake only in Shatin and not in taipo and that I need to collect in Shatin … OMG 2 h before the birthday you tell me you cannot deliver and you charge delivery by the way ! Great concept great idea Great service on the paper but finally cannot manage to deliver any of them - it turn to disappointment and a joke and again NOT cheap !!!

The flowers I received did not match the bouquet I ordered at all. The color and arrangement were quite different from the picture I saw. While I understand some variation is expected, the red and pink tones were significantly off, (I only chose this bouquet because I liked how the red popped and the sunflower was nicely positioned, and the white wrapping paper gave a simple background for the colors to stand out) And everything was wrong, red was not red but pink blush (I hate pink), the wrapping paper clashed with the rose, they look invisible now , don’t even get me started on the arrangement. Given the cost of the bouquet, I expected the final product to more closely resemble the advertised arrangement. I am very disappointed and upset with the quality. Sorry if it sounds rude, but this was supposed to be a gift for a special friend, I was very worried if she will like it, and even I hate it now. Safe to say I will never buy again from them.

The box is beautiful and the butterfly explosion is too cute, but expect a very small cake.

The delivery was supposed to be 1-6 but arrived after 8:15pm. No one ever contacted to advise it being late.
If only I could upload images, the delivery looked nothing like what’s in the photo. The wrapping is so bad and tacky. The tie is hand cut crooked with a piece of paper, no way does it look like a shirt and tie. Flowers are dull, dry and unfresh all squished together inside of wrapping. Really disappointing.

Purple roses got bruises and seemed like not fresh. Customer service replied that guard petals were doing their job to protect the inner petals and offered me some tips such as trimming them. That’s not practical when you expected a delivery right on the recipient’s hands.
Also thought the purple roses as the main flowers but their real colour was not as vibrant as the product photo. And at the end the pink flowers took more proportion in terms of number and size.
Some small white flowers( I guess they were supposed to be as big as the pink. But they were not) got bruises/dried out too. I am not sure if it’s the responsibility of the delivery staff as the bouquet looked squeezed when he carried the bouquet in a bag (you can imagine how two handles of a bag are held in one hand and the bouquet is squeezed)

my husband bought me a boquet of flowers for my birthday. arrived late in the afternoon and the arrangement is very bad. looks like he just bought flowers and its for me to arrange. i wish they’ll do better next time.

I was overall very satisfied with the service and the quick responses. However, I had trouble finding a section on the website where I could write a message card during the ordering process.

The most disappointing part of my experience was with the bouquet I ordered called "Pastel Love." The description stated it would include two white roses, but there were none in the arrangement I received. The website image showed two types of green leaves, but I only received one type. The bouquet had too many Eucalyptus leaves, making it look messy and not at all like the professional arrangement displayed on the website. There was a significant difference between what I saw online and what I received.

If I can, I don’t even want to put one star of the review. The photos are showing a big bunch of flowers, however when I received it that is so disappointed. Dry, old and less flowers are receiving, be aware of this company.

Forgot to mention on my previous review, the size of the flower is way smaller than in the picture . Overall is a disappointment

The flower came with completely different kind of blue (much darker) & arragement ( not in round shape as shown in the photo). Very disappointed.

The bouquets used in the text are far less than those shown in the pictures.

Understand it must be a busy business day for Mother’s Day but I wish the actual flower is more alike from what the photo shows…
Not my first time to order from Flower Chimp and the previous experience and quality is good, guess moving forward can only order on normal days 😅

Look smaller than pic tho same number of roses but different color of roses, and not was packed as well as the online pic

The flowers are not fresh at all, some of them even damaged. The arrangement of the bunch is not like the picture given .

I sent flowers to someone as an early Mother’s Day gift and upon receiving it it looks nothing like the photo and the flowers were already half dead and droopy. Very disappointed
