Flowers are all of poor quality, only last a day or two. Not recommended.

The flowers delivered were fewer than what was described on the website. The arrangement was messy and didn’t resemble the design shown at the photos at all. What was supposed to be a thoughtful, loving gift was completely ruined by Flower Chimp :(

Very nice and subtle gift for my husband that he can put on his work desk. It looks exactly the same as online photos. I actually want one for myself, maybe the company can consider other colors. Awesome gift that can last for years as the site quotes. So I will be waiting for that. Thanks for an easy order and delivered well too.

Flowers looked ok, ~60% close to the photo. My order arrived 13 hours late and they deleted my first comment here.

I ordered this 6 days ago and sent them email for the morning time slot delivery confirmation for today. Guess what, my delivery is still somewhere at 16:30 now. You cannot track your delivery.

Box of flowers was fresh and beautiful, well-protected in a transparent carrier bag. I had to make some changes to my order and Zamatul was extremely patient and helpful. Prompt delivery and before that I was sent a notice to track where the van was. Will definitely use again!

Check the size of these flowers, disappointingly small considering the price

Disappointed with how it actually looks. In the picture, it looks fuller.
But in what we received, the arrangement is unbalanced. Has some worn out leaves like its mishandled -or they're just left overs.
I've been ordering regularly(once a month) but it's the first time the arrangement looks really off from the picture.

I recently ordered flowers from Flower Chimp and was impressed by their responsive customer service and the ability to fulfill my same-day delivery request. However, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the flowers upon arrival.

The recipient noted that the yellow lilies were not open and already looked brown, while the yellow roses appeared more brown than fresh, as if they were wilting. Only the white statice and eucalyptus leaves looked alright, which isn’t surprising since they tend to last longer.

While I appreciate the promptness of the delivery, the overall condition of the bouquet did not meet expectations. I hope Flower Chimp can improve the quality control of their flowers to ensure customers receive fresh, vibrant arrangements.

I can’t believe the final product is like this.
Flowers wilt and leaves around not same with picture presented.

Flowers were great, but a little upset about the whole ordering process. My name and contact number was placed as the sender, however on the day of delivery, Flower Chimp contacted my wife (the receiver) and ruined the surprise gift. The person who contacted her also said no sender details were provided but I definitely did so during the ordering process. Makes me a little hesitant from ordering again…

The description says 9 roses, 5 gerbera, 5 carnations.
But when I received it it was only 5 roses, 3 carnations and 3 gerberas.
Very dishonest. If the receiver didn’t check, the sender will not know and would be deceived to pay such a high pay for so few flowers.
