The flowers and the arrangements are wonderful and my partner is very sweet but can the company name the bouquet or arrangements in another way instead of people's names? Not very pleasant for a lady to get the flower with another lady's name😅

I’m actually very disappointed with my order this time, especially it’s a gift for my mother-in-law. The flowers are not fresh (rose petals annd carnations turned to brownish) and the colors of the roses don’t match with the photos. I’ve been ordering from Flower Chimp for a few years and we kept all the photos from our past orders. They are no longer as ethical as before.

This is my second time buying flowers here from overseas. The flowers looks pretty and fresh same as the pics. The delivery is on time. My mother is very happy and I am satisfied with the whole process of buying flowers. Thanks.

Very nice and subtle gift for my husband that he can put on his work desk. It looks exactly the same as online photos. I actually want one for myself, maybe the company can consider other colors. Awesome gift that can last for years as the site quotes. So I will be waiting for that. Thanks for an easy order and delivered well too.

Box of flowers was fresh and beautiful, well-protected in a transparent carrier bag. I had to make some changes to my order and Zamatul was extremely patient and helpful. Prompt delivery and before that I was sent a notice to track where the van was. Will definitely use again!

I recently ordered flowers from Flower Chimp and was impressed by their responsive customer service and the ability to fulfill my same-day delivery request. However, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the flowers upon arrival.

The recipient noted that the yellow lilies were not open and already looked brown, while the yellow roses appeared more brown than fresh, as if they were wilting. Only the white statice and eucalyptus leaves looked alright, which isn’t surprising since they tend to last longer.

While I appreciate the promptness of the delivery, the overall condition of the bouquet did not meet expectations. I hope Flower Chimp can improve the quality control of their flowers to ensure customers receive fresh, vibrant arrangements.

The description says 9 roses, 5 gerbera, 5 carnations.
But when I received it it was only 5 roses, 3 carnations and 3 gerberas.
Very dishonest. If the receiver didn’t check, the sender will not know and would be deceived to pay such a high pay for so few flowers.
Please check when you order from this florist

The number of flowers in the stalk were nowhere close to what is shown in the picture. If I could upload a picture, I would. Very disappointing.
However the speed of delivery is excellent.

Very disappointed with this purchase. These flowers were for a birthday and the flowers only lasted a couple of days.

The flower was unexpected, seems some comment said not match with the picture. But outcome is the flower was very beautiful. And the girl was happy to receive it.

3 Star just for the delivery service only which I had paid $80 and about the flowers they looked like they were prepared already when the day I had placed order i.e. 3days ago.

Interesting and apparently easy website to use , for 2 days I couldn’t pass my order online , so I decided. To calll , finally I understood that the cake I wanted was out of stock , so no choice , I need to order the cake flavor that I don’t like ,in the website seems to be not able to inform you if out of stock , then they proper 4 kind of cake but they cannot manage to have it all in stock , first turn down , then the website propose delivery in new territory, great and propose on day delivery, fantastic deal . Even not cheap, great deal , I ordered at 9.39 am to be delivered 6 or 6pm perfect timing for the kids birthday party - then at 3.30 pm I got the phone call telling me that they can deliver the cake only in Shatin and not in taipo and that I need to collect in Shatin … OMG 2 h before the birthday you tell me you cannot deliver and you charge delivery by the way ! Great concept great idea Great service on the paper but finally cannot manage to deliver any of them - it turn to disappointment and a joke and again NOT cheap !!!
