While the arrangement is satisfactory, I was mostly disappointed. While they were delivered on time, the flowers were fully opened, and so obviously NOT FRESH. I picked this arrangement for the beautiful bright colours and this was a 'get well’ bouquet… so doesn’t look good that they have reached their end. We have used Flower Chimp before, and we do have family that also use it, but perhaps I will shop around next time for a more responsible flower delivery, and get family to do the same.
