Look smaller than pic tho same number of roses but different color of roses, and not was packed as well as the online pic

Some of the roses not fresh, a kind of dying, then I email to the CS and they are now following up for me now. Need to further closely monitor of Flower Shop to make sure they provide fresh product instead of ‘nearly expired’ flowers to customers
